What Does an Overnight Doula Do?

As your overnight doula, I quietly support your family while you sleep. My goal is to help you rest and recover while I care for your baby through the night.

During an overnight shift, I provide:

  • Infant care so you can sleep longer stretches
  • Support with breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding
  • Diapering, burping, and soothing
  • Gentle guidance if you are adjusting to night feeds
  • Light tasks like washing bottles or tidying the nursery
  • Emotional check-ins if needed before or after rest

Every family is different. I tailor each shift to meet your needs.

Why Overnight Care Matters

It is hard to show up as the mom you want to be when you are running on no sleep.
Nighttime doula care gives your body and mind the space to rest. You will wake up feeling more grounded, more connected to your baby, and more like yourself.

This is not luxury care. This is essential care.
